Auction process
1. Log in
To participate in the auction, you must log in or create an account. Enter your email address on the login screen and a one-time six-digit authentication code will be sent to your email address. Return to the login screen, enter the authentication code, and click the send button to complete the login process.
2. Bidding
If you find a work you like, please check the size and other details on the work's details page, set your bid amount, and then press the [Bid] button.
*In addition to the winning bid amount, there will be a shipping fee and a successful bid fee of 13% of the winning bid amount for each winning bid item. (Consumption tax will be charged separately on the successful bid fee.) Thank you for your understanding.
*All items purchased at auctions on this site are one-of-a-kind, and we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience .
*Also, due to the nature of antique art such as hanging scrolls, stains, dirt, and insect damage due to aging are not grounds for return , so please check the product images and description in advance before bidding.
3. Automatic notification emails
Once you have placed a bid, you will receive an automatic notification email at the following times:
- When a new bid is made
- When someone else makes a higher bid
- When the auction ends and you are the successful bidder
- When the auction ends and you are not successful
4. Procedures for successful bidders
Successful bidders will receive an automatic email informing them of their success, and then a separate email with further details on the purchase process.
There is a "Checkout" button in the email, so please click there to proceed to the payment page. Please enter your name, shipping address, etc., and specify your payment method. Payment methods include various credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.
*If you are unable to proceed to the payment page using the "Purchase" button in the email, please log in to our website, go to My Page > Orders > click "Confirmed" in the upper left corner > select "Pending", and the "Pay Now" button will appear below the relevant work, so please proceed from there.
5. What happens next
Once you have completed the purchase process, we will send you an email from our gallery by the next business day with the estimated shipping date. If you have any requests regarding the delivery date or receipt, please reply by the shipping date.
(*If you have selected bank transfer as your payment method, we will contact you by the next business day after we have confirmed your payment. Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times for deliveries overseas.)
Once your item has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number. Please wait a little while until your item is delivered.
